We are looking for a skilled and passionate system administrator who will join our operations team in Sofia. The main responsibilities include installing, supporting, monitoring and maintaining our clients' infrastructure, improving custom services and automations as well as assisting our customers with system administration tasks.

What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of system administration
  • Experience with Linux distributions: Debian or Red Hat based distributions
  • Good knowledge of networking - general understanding and basic troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of standard protocols - HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, SSL
  • Good knowledge of Linux' basic services - apache2, bind, postfix, qmail, cron, ssh
  • Scripting skills (Bash, PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients
  • Excellent English language (both written and spoken)
Considered as an advantage:
  • Good understanding of standard transport protocols (TCP and UDP)
  • VoIP / SIP essential
  • VoIP software (Asterisk PBX, OpenSIPs, Kamailio)
  • Version control systems (Subversion, GIT)
  • Relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB and/or PostgresSQL)
  • Virtualization technologies (VMWare ESXi, KVM)
  • Monitoring systems (Nagios, Munin, Smokeping, Cacti, Zabbix)
  • Web server administration (Apache2, Tomcat)
  • VPN infrastructure (OpenVPN, IPsec, Wireguard)
  • Mail servers (Qmail and Postfix)
Main responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting different systems by being a part of our 24x7 support team
  • Monitoring currently existing infrastructure
  • Proactively investigate incidents and issues
  • Linux systems and services administration
  • Design, Integration and deployment of new systems and services
  • Researching and development of innovative, and if applicable – automated, approaches for system administration tasks
  • Applying OS patches and upgrades

We are looking for a passionate PHP developer to join our team in Sofia. You will contribute to different aspects of our projects (API and web interfaces), which include development and creation of new functionality, integration with third party services and performance tuning.
As part of our team you will take part in each development cycle including research, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance and support of our software products.

What we are looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience with PHP
  • Good knowledge of OOP
  • Good knowledge in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Good database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
